Product Designer

To design a illustration for a small business that accurately represents their brand and appeals to their target audience.Webflow is the Berlin-based Series A startup on its way to becoming the leading finance platform for SMEs, freelancers, and self-employed persons.

The role

We’re seeking a Senior Product Designer with 4-6 years of product design experience at an agency, studio, or in-house brand. It should be someone with first-class product design skills and the ability to see a platform, website, or app from discovery to wireframes, design, and launch. We’re looking for someone with strong visual design skills who can push brands to the digital space. You’ll be joining a great group of diverse designers with a collective goal of making the internet a better place.

Qualifications
  • A high-caliber portfolio showcasing a variety of products and demonstrating strong visual design, UI/UX, prototyping, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience designing mobile apps and web products
  • Ability to lead design projects from start to finish — including discovery, ideation, definition, design, and collaborating with engineers
  • Experience planning and facilitating design workshops, client reviews, and user research
  • Experience creating and maintaining design systems
  • The ability to lead digital projects with autonomy and authority, and provide mentorship to members of the design team
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to collaborate.
